Steven Anthony Rhone Jr. Memorial Fund
Steven was only 19 years old when he was killed on June 2, 2007 by a hit-and-run drunk driver while simply attempting to cross the street. His family and friends offer this scholarship as a way to have his legacy of a positive spirit and love of life live on. We hope to help other students move towards positive, productive futures as contributing members of our society. In 2015, the memorial fund sponsored ICDC registration scholarships and seven Public Relations Event teams, two $300 chapter financial need scholarships, and two $750 student continuing education scholarships.
