Rod Brooks, Vice President and C.M.O, PEMCO Mutual Insurance Company

Washington DECA was extremely honored to recognize Rod Brook for his impressive seven year legacy; all built on the goal making Washington DECA the Premier Student Organization in Washington State.  

Rod’s volunteer service is extensive, including Chairman of the Washington DECA Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.  He has chaired the FLC Planning Committee, organized silent auctions and rallied his personal network of business associates to further their involvement in DECA.  He has twice served as the Chair of the Strategic Development Committee, developing the 5-year guidance of Washington DECA’s activities and priorities.   He is a financial contributor, a competitive judge, and mentor, both for students and the staff of Washington DECA.  He is also a liaison for his employer’s generous financial support of Washington DECA, while coordinating community leadership opportunities for our state officers and the Eastlake DECA program.
